The Managing Counsel
The law office of ONABOLU & ONABOLU is run in the main by LoluOnabolu who was enrolled as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 1988, He is an alumnus of the University of Ife (now ObafemiAwolowo University) Ile Ife from where he graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree. In 1995, he enrolled at the Olabisi Onabanjo University and obtained a Master of Business Administration in 1997.

His first few years post call to bar were spent profitably in the very busy law offices of Chief AdetunjiFadairo SAN and also at the Ogun State Ministry of Justice where he acquired valuable skills and knowledge required for active and successful legal practice. Thereafter he ventured into the corporate world as the Company Secretary /Legal adviser of a Worldwide Finance Ltd.

By virtue of these places of employment, he was widely exposed to and became in-depth in the vast areas of general legal practice and also came to firm grips with Company Law and Commercial Law practice. He has written a number of professional and human interest papers and is a member of many professional and social organizations.
He is a member of various professional groups such as the Nigeria Bar Association (Section on Legal Practice), Commonwealth Lawyers Association, Society for Advanced Legal Studies UK, Commonwealth Association of Legislative Counsel, Parliamentary Aides Network, Natural Resources Defence Council Activist Network. Mr Onabolu has over the years served on various committees of the Abuja and the Abeokuta branches of the Nigeria Bar Association.

He is the Programme Director, IMPACT YODI a Non-profit Organization which prides itself as having set out to ‘enhance value through parliamentary democracy’
